About the Wills Clinic
Join us for a free, no-obligation Will drop-in session with trusted Estate Planner Kirsty Jones from Kirsty’s Law. Let’s do a check-up on where you stand and how to provide for your loved-ones.
Hi, I'm Kirsty
During your 45-minute session, you’ll have the opportunity to talk through your wishes—whether you’re creating a Will for the first time or updating an existing one. It’s a chance to get expert guidance in a relaxed and supportive environment, so you can leave with clarity and peace of mind.
The sessions are 45 minutes long, in-person at our Whitestone superstore and we only have 10 spaces available on each day, so be quick! Slots available are: 9am, 9.45am, 10.30am, 11.15am, 12.45pm, 1.30pm, 2.15pm, 3.00pm, 3.45pm, 4.30pm.

If you decide you’re ready to move forward, you can also begin the process of drafting your Will during the session. But there’s absolutely no pressure—this time is for you, at your pace. If you do decide you’d like to progress your Will, the costs are as follows:
Single Will – £175
A straightforward Will for one individual.
Mirror Wills – £250
Identical Wills for two people, typically partners with the same wishes.
Double Wills – £300
For couples who want similar but not identical Wills, allowing for individual preferences.
Single Lasting Power of Attorney – £350 plus dispursement of £82
Double Lasting Power of Attorney – £600 plus dispursement of £82
50% of the cost of a Will this will come to the Hospice and 25% of any Lasting Power of Attorney. So not only will you be doing something great for your loved-ones, you’ll also be supporting your local hospice.
Whilst we would love you to consider leaving a gift to St Michael’s Hospice, after you’ve remembered loved ones and friends, this is by no way a condition for attending the Will writing clinic, or if you choose to proceed to making a Will.
We are thankful to Kirsty’s Law for sharing her expertise. Other advisors and Estate Planners are available. St Michael’s Hospice cannot give any legal guidance or advice.
Secure your future, protect your loved ones, and take that important step—on your terms.
