• All children aged 12-16 need to be accompanied by a participating adult.
• Every participant will get a Welcome pack posted (£4.50). This will include your Venus pink T-Shirt.
• All packs will be posted at a cost of £4.50 at time of booking. 
• For all orders placed before midnight on Sunday 6th July, standard postal costs apply. This ensures your pack is posted out on Monday and arrives in time for the event. Orders placed after this date will not be posted and will instead be available for collection at the event.

Join us for the Venus Midnight Walk, a thrilling nocturnal adventure through the city streets. Here’s our schedule for the evening:

• 9:00 pm: Registration opens for the 15km walk.
• 9:30 pm: Registration opens for the 10km walk.
• 9:40 pm: Registration opens for the 5km walk.
• 10:25 pm: Warm-up session commences.
• 10:30 pm: The 15km walk begins.
• 10:50 pm: The 10km walk begins.
• 11:10 pm: The 5km walk begins.

While the completion time varies depending on individual walking speeds, we anticipate all participants finishing their chosen distance by 2:00 am. Throughout the evening, warm-up activities will continue intermittently.

Both the 5km and 10km routes traverse city streets and sidewalks, making them wheelchair-accessible, although participation in this regard is at one’s own discretion. Please note that dogs are not permitted on any of the routes. Join us for a night to remember!

Please note the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation in the event is restricted to females aged 12 years and above. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
2. Guide Dogs only are permitted at the event.
3. The walk involves physical exertion. Participants should only undertake a distance commensurate with their level of fitness. It is advisable to seek medical advice beforehand if necessary.
4. Upon signing in on the event day, participants are required to follow the designated route and return to the finish line at the conclusion of their walk. Participants may interact with marshals during the walk if assistance is needed.
